Bob Gero
Bob Gero is an award-winning Marketing and Communications Executive with deep experience in driving business development, establishing high-caliber marketing and communications infrastructures; advancing practice and industry initiatives both nationally and internationally; and creating successful branding, advertising, public and crisis communications campaigns. His diverse experience counseling senior management across a wide variety of industries includes more than 25 years in the marketing communications industry.
Bob spent 18 years as CEO and Creative Director of a Philadelphia-based advertising, public relations and marketing agency; and more than 12 years as Chief Marketing Officer for several international law firms including Proskauer Rose, WolfBlock, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, and most recently Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
At Milbank, Bob built and led the firm's team of professionals, directing and strengthening programs focusing on translating Milbank’s strategies into actionable marketing and business development programs; creating programs leveraging client relationships to capitalize on market opportunities and successfully driving business growth and revenue; internal and external communications; client relationship management; media relations and publicity; collateral materials development; brand management; advertising, seminar and special event programming development; database management, and the firm's website.
His work as Creative Director has been honored by several industry organizations, including the American Advertising Federation and the Law Firm Marketing Association.
